Lowland Marine & Offshore is searching for a Purchaser. The Purchaser is experienced in the specialist field of purchasing within a technical organization that operates worldwide. The position requires someone with strong problem solving and analytical skills who is able to work independently. The Purchaser will play an instrumental role in keeping a large and varied fleet of offshore vessels well supplied and to advise and assist the Fleet Management Department with all purchasing related matters.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Purchaser.
- Good negotiating skills and experience with complicated negotiations.
- Affinity and/or experience with the offshore/marine industry or comparable technical branch.
- Experience and knowledge of Planned Maintenance and ERP systems.
- Education on a higher vocational (HBO) level in the field of purchasing or proven experience in combination with purchasing related courses on a similar level.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of the English language.
