One of our clients is a rapidly expanding operating company responsible for the management of the clients mother company’s fleet. This rapidly expanding fleet consists of various types of offshore vessels ranging from survey to light drill vessels. In addition client supervises a number of new building projects worldwide and provides maritime expertise to clients mother company at large. The continued growth and success of the company is the reason that we are now recruiting for our client so they can employ more personnel for its office in theThe Hague area in The Netherlands.
For our clients offshore positioning team we currently are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of specific projects with the goal to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with procedures and to clients´specifications.
Key tasks & Responsibilities
- Establish project procedures and budgets
- Planning of project operations
- Co-ordination of staff and equipment resources
- Laise with clients, perform site visits
- Provide remote support to onsite field staff
- Ensure project is executed to client specifications
- Monitor project performance, ensure profitability
- Monthly invoicing

| Requirements |
- The successful candidate will be flexible, stress resistant with an accurate work practice and a hands-on approach.
- B.Sc. / Degree level education (i.e. Geomatics, Hydrography, land Survey, Geodesy or Engineering)
- Min. 5 years experience within the survey industry (i.e. DGPS, positioning, onshore or offshore)
- Min. 3 years experience in project management role within the survey industry
- Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal and in writing)
- Dutch residency or readiness to relocate to the Netherlands
