Responsibilities:
- Empty glasses, bottles and cans have to be grained on a daily basis in the grainer provided, all garbage removed from the working areas at an ongoing basis.
- Bar service to be done on the beaches in port whenever possible or allowed by local regulations.
- After dinner liqueurs to be set up and promoted in the restaurant on a daily basis during/after dinner. (When pax. having coffee and dessert).
- Preparing and clearing of all bar/wine glasses in the restaurant.
- Checking of the decks/pools for sales of drinks to guests.
- Serving passengers seated in the piano bar at all times.
- Keeping a close eye on public cleanliness in the whole bar area, in side and out side.
- Setting up of tables and bar counter with bar menus, coffee list, non-smoking signs and ashtrays.
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness at all times of the complete bar area.
- Washing and replenishing dirty glasses from all of the ship.
