POOL MANAGEMENT

Lowland Marine & Offshore has extensive experience with pool management, labour pools and flex-management. Many companies make use of a pool of flexibly employ-able staff. We manage and plan an existing or new group of flexible workers. Often the pool is used by a number of companies together (external pool).
The company where there is a temporary lull in activity or which happen to have few employees that are ill or on holiday, will make little use of the pool.
The company where there is a period of more activity and which does not have sufficient personnel available just then, on the other hand, will use the pool a great deal. The aim is clear: there are fewer people required to cope with the average workload.
